Your First Visit
Your first appointment at New England Smiles is all about getting to know you and your oral health needs. First, call our Dracut office or use our online scheduling tool to reach out to us.
This allows us to collect some basic information, like your contact information and the reason for your visit. Before you arrive, we’ll verify your dental insurance benefits—including MassHealth and major PPO plans—and explain any expected costs.
Once you walk in, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly front desk team and guided through any necessary forms. We strive to keep check-ins simple and stress-free, so you spend more time in the chair and less on paperwork.
Our team will then give you a comprehensive dental exam. This includes digital X-rays (if needed), a discussion of your dental history, your oral health goals, and any big plans you may have for your smile.
After the exam, the team will review our findings, explain recommended treatments, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Before you leave, we’ll help schedule any follow-up care and provide guidance to support your long-term oral health.
